About this project
This Houston property had great bones, but dated furnishings worked against the space. The client wanted a big wow factor the moment prospects walked through the door.
With the complex near the medical center — home to many young doctors — the brief called for a look that was hip and youthful yet refined, with a touch of glam. Existing wall color and tile guided the palette, while dramatic lighting installations and vibrant pops of orange bring the clubhouse to life. Rich velvets, iridescent silks and a shimmering textural rug relay an upscale feel.
The opulent theme continues into the apartment model, where a dark indigo accent wall reads as sophisticated yet fun — intense color softened into a look that is polished and inviting.
